🌊 3-5ft | SW swell 200-205 degrees @ 15-16s | SW winds | Rising Tide

Saturday afternoon at Ocean Beach had solid SW swell running from 200-205 degrees with 15-16 second intervals, with the top spots in the chest to head-high zone and occasional overhead sets. At 1700 (5:00 PM), the tide was pushing up from a 0.29-foot low at 0832 (8:32 AM) toward a 3.67-foot high at 1555 (3:55 PM), then continuing up toward the 3.00-foot low at 2018 (8:18 PM) so by the afternoon session the sandbars had plenty of water on them. Winds went light early then stronger SW onshores took over into the afternoon, with air temps around 71F. Water temp around 66F, spring suit weather.

Not the most pristine conditions with the afternoon SW wind texture, but OB does what OB does — keeps the peaks coming.
